Customer Care All Wrapped Up

Michelle and TonyDerby student Michelle Baillion gained an NVQ in Customer Service at her local learndirect centre recently.

Michelle, who works as a receptionist at the RTC Business Centre Derby and for a company called Office Care part time in the afternoons, studied at the centre in Derby which is provided by Business Advice Direct (BAD). She spends her working day dealing with customers and found the NVQ training invaluable.

Her certificate was presented to her by BAD Derby tutor Tony Goodman.

NVQ Manager Claire Brelsford said: “Michelle really enjoyed studying for the Customer Service NVQ and found it improved her knowledge of customer service practices and confirmed that her customer service skills were good, which boosted her confidence.”

Head of Funded Learning Fiona Wight said she was delighted with Michelle’s success.
