ITQ/ITQ Top Up (NVQ)

Companies lose huge amounts of time (and therefore money) because staff are not aware of short cuts and efficient ways of using their PC and software packages. An ITQ will prevent this and ensure your staff are not just knowledgeable, but also proficient and competent.The qualification has three elements:
- an online “Planner” to identify the software packages used at work and the current skills and knowledge of each individual to ensure only the necessary training is carried out
- followed by the appropriate training courses
- and then a work-based competence assessment leading

Who is the ITQ suitable for?
Anyone who uses the standard Microsoft Office software or who may be new to the use of IT, or perhaps self taught and keen to learn more.

This element is an optional extra which requires the employer to have an experienced employee able to carry out assessments/training and guidance working along side our own assessor
ITQ Top Up
If some of your staff already hold an IT qualification such as the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) then there’s no time wasted covering old ground. To save time and resources they can use it to count towards the ITQ. This allows employees to build and develop their skills to meet your needs without having to face the de-motivating prospect of “starting again” or having to demonstrate skills they’ve already had assessed.
