This programme of training is a nationally recognised programme designed by employers to meet the needs of today’s businesses and it can be tailor-made to ensure staff are focussed on and develop the leadership techniques that are most relevant to their role and your business.The qualification has two elements:
- An online “Planner” to identify the right combination of mandatory and optional courses appropriate to the business
- a work-based competence assessment leading to an NVQ at level 2
